Before Zovela, our team built and ran a real estate marketing platform used by hundreds of agents across more than thirty states. We managed millions in real estate ad spend, generated hundreds of thousands of buyer and seller inquiries, and eventually the whole thing was acquired by a private equity firm. The team behind Zovela has spent more than twenty years building real estate marketing campaigns. Hundreds of agents. More than thirty states. Millions in managed ad spend. Landing-page conversion rates 3 to 4 times the industry average. A real estate marketing platform built, scaled, and acquired by a private equity firm, with operations across multiple brands and hundreds of customers.

Every playbook we built was built for real estate buyers and sellers specifically, two very different animals in intent, timeline, and behavior. What we learned across all of it was the same: the strategy was never the hard part. The execution was the part that broke. Zovela exists because a team with that much real estate marketing scar tissue should be able to build something better than a pile of disconnected tools, and because the manual version does not scale.

The person behind Zovela did not come to real estate marketing from software. He came to it from the front lines. He got his real estate license in the late 1990s and, at a time when almost no agents had a website, built his own lead-capture sites and was generating real estate leads online before Google Ads even existed. He was recruited by one of the top-producing agents in the country to run lead generation and manage a small sales team, earned a broker's license in the mid-2000s, and joined a top 1% real estate team to run their marketing.

That turned into a coaching community that taught agents how to build niche lead-capture sites, run search-intent ads, and actually convert cold online leads, and it scaled fast at an accessible monthly price. From there it became a done-for-you service building those systems for agents, and then a purpose-built software platform. The platform grew past $3M in annual recurring revenue and was acquired by a private equity firm, where he stayed on as VP of Lead Generation and built a lead-generation division from the ground up.

After the acquisition ran its course, he spent the next stretch head-down in applied AI, learning to build with it and assembling the systems that now power Zovela. Zovela is the whole arc, compounded: more than two decades of real estate lead generation, the hard-won conversion playbook, and an AI engine that finally does the follow-up work no human can.
